一 般 而 言 ， 拟 成 立 的 公 司 名 称 通 常 以 Limited 、 Corporation 、Incorporated、Sociètè Anonyme、Sociedad Berhad Anonima或其缩写作为结束词。如果公司名称采用bank、building society、savings、loans、trust、trustees、insurance、assurance、reinsurance、co-operative、council、Chamber ofCommerce等字眼结束，则需另行申请。
